User Guide

How to Use the Form

  • Click the "Start" button to begin the process.
  • Fill in the employee details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.
  • Click "Submit" to add the employee's data to the list.
  • Click "Done" when all data has been entered to calculate the time taken.
  • If needed, click "Reset" to clear the form and start over.
  • The "Start" button will hide once clicked and will reappear after the form is reset.
  • The "Done" and "Reset" buttons will only appear after the first employee's data is submitted.
